If everything aligns, we carefully review your plans and specifications. From there, a professionally created proposal will be provided, giving you a clear foundation to move forward with confidence.

CONTACT AND SCHEDULING
If all boxes are ticked, we present the proposal. Once accepted, the documents are prepared and checked for accurately representing your wishes.
Once the legal obligations are completed by the relevant parties, we will proceed to create a project timeline to ensure construction goes without a hitch.
We guide you through this stage with planning tools, scheduled meetings, and regular communication, so you always know what decisions need to be made, the timeframe they need to be made in, and what comes next.

CONSTRUCTION AND HANDOVER
During construction, we aim to minimise disruption and keep you updated with consistent progress reports.

At completion, the project is formally signed off by regulators and yourself before the final handover. This stage marks the finish of a transparent and carefully managed process that leaves you with a home ready to enjoy.
