INITIAL MEETING AND PROPOSAL

After our meeting, we will gather more information about where you are in the process and what is most important to you. 

We’ll meet to discuss your vision, budget and feasibility of the project and how we can help you achieve your goals and expectations. 

If we are a good fit, we will analyse your plans, specification and wish list items and prepare your Professionally Prepared Proposal.

Contract and scheduling

If all boxes are ticked, we present the proposal. Once accepted, we will move on to proposal acceptance and contracts signing.

Once the proposal is approved and the contract is signed, we’ll carry out detailed planning and create a project timeline to ensure construction goes without a hitch. 

We work with you the whole time with templates and meetings to ensure you’re informed and comfortable with what is happening and know exactly what decisions need to be made by what time frame.

CONSTRUCTION AND HANDOVER

We’ll deliver the project with minimal disruption to your life and regular progress updates.
